Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was updated as of August 14, 2025 and governs the policies followed by Scott Johnson and his website www.scottjohnsonviolin.com (the “Site”).

Two Types of Information Collected

Legal Purposes: We will share information with government agencies as required by law, including without limitation, in connection with reporting earnings. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), at the request of governmental authorities or other third parties conducting an investigation, to protect the property and rights of ours or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, fraudulent, unethical or legally actionable activity. Children Accessing the Site or Our Products

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18, as this is meant to be a general audience service and our products and website are not intended for the use of such children. Should it be revealed to us that we have inadvertently collected information from children under the age of 18, then we will take reasonable measures to eliminate such data from our servers.

International Transfers of Information

We are a United States company. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we transfer Personally Identifiable Information to the United States for processing. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

We may modify our Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to address any changes that we feel are necessary. We may or may not notify you via email or the Site, but we will always change the date indicated at the beginning of this document. Any changes we make to our privacy policy shall be effective as of this above date and replace any prior privacy policy, whenever enacted. Thus, it is important that you periodically review this document to ensure your understanding is up to date.
